Accessibility Statement

We sell accessibility testing, so this site owes the standard we ask customers to work toward. This statement says how far it gets, how we measured it, and what is still missing. It covers the public website and documentation at inclusifyapp.com, including the blog, the checklists and everything under /docs. It does not cover the signed-in customer dashboard at app.inclusifyapp.com, the Inclusify app inside Shopify admin, or the partner portal at partners.inclusifyapp.com, none of which have been assessed against the standard below.

1. Measures to support accessibility

Accessibility checks run on every change: our linting fails the build on common markup and ARIA mistakes, and our test suite asserts that every heading on a content page has a stable link target. Colour contrast is calculated against our design tokens whenever a colour changes, and the measured ratios are recorded alongside them in the code. This site is also checked daily by our own scanner, across 54 pages.

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA.

3. Feedback

If any part of this website is unusable for you, email us and tell us which page you were on, what you were trying to do and what happened. If you were using a screen reader, magnifier or voice control, naming it helps us reproduce the problem, though a report without that is still worth sending. We reply within five working days. If the fix is quick we ship it and tell you; if it is not, we tell you what we are doing and roughly when.

5. Assessment approach

This website was assessed by automated testing using Inclusify (axe-core), most recently on 2026-09-11. Automated testing finds a subset of accessibility failures. No manual audit and no assistive-technology testing were carried out, so requirements that only a person can check — keyboard order, focus visibility, screen-reader output, whether alternative text is meaningful — have not been verified.

Checked with axe-core in a real browser by Inclusify's own scanner, which monitors 54 pages of this site. A 13-page pass on 11 September 2026 found four issues, all since fixed: a list whose ARIA role removed its own list semantics, two pieces of text below the required contrast ratio, and a navigation region marked up as a complementary landmark nested inside another. No independent auditor has assessed this site.
